Job summary

toogeza is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead iGaming projects on the SoftSwiss platform. You will coordinate with platform providers, account managers, CRM, analytics, marketing, affiliates, customer support, and risk teams to deliver features and optimize funnels.

The role requires strategic thinking, ownership of delivery, and high operational control in a platform-based environment. Strong English and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as Product Manager/Owner in iGaming.
• Experience with platform-based iGaming solutions like SoftSwiss/TrueLabel/BetConstruct.
• Strong understanding of iGaming product areas: registration, KYC, deposits, bonuses, lobby, payments, CRM, retention, VIP, affiliates, risk/fraud.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development of iGaming projects on the SoftSwiss platform.
• Build and maintain cross-project roadmaps with features, improvements, and experiments.
• Analyze metrics across registrations, deposits, retention, activity, and monetization; optimize funnels.
