Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years as Product Owner/Manager or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.
• Must meet WFH technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and advocate for customer and business goals.
• Own problem definition, business cases, vision and strategy.
• Collaborate to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Prioritize enhancements and integrate feedback into the roadmap and development process.
• Manage project execution with internal teams and vendors within budget and timelines.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs against benchmarks.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with IT, UX, and business teams across the portfolio.
