Job summary

GM Financial Fleet Solutions is seeking a Product Owner II to drive backlog, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate across Product Management and Delivery teams. You will influence roadmaps, collaborate with vendors, and focus on delivering customer-centric experiences in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of PO/PM experience on Agile Scrum teams, strong API/data management skills, and a servant-leader mindset to enable teams and stakeholders to win on key features

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team (2–4 years)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Strong understanding of risk management, vendor coordination and data-driven decision making
• Proficient with XML/JSON APIs, cloud tech, test data management

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with Product Management.
• Lead backlog prioritization to align experiences across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Communicate product status and roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive innovative, customer-centric solutions leveraging AI and data.
