Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a Department Manager, Partner Integrations, to steer API strategy and centralized integration programs across partner data providers.

You will drive architecture, standards, and onboarding of new partners while aligning with product, architecture, and security teams. You will hire and mentor engineering teams, develop metrics, and shape the UI strategy in collaboration with Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside in the St. Louis, Missouri area or nearby.
• Must be able to work CST core hours.
• Must commit to security in all decisions and responsibilities.
• 8+ years of relevant IT leadership experience.
• Experience delivering transformation and excellence in delivery.
• Experience leading resource planning to support business objectives.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and manage talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to influence company strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead API strategy and roadmap for partner integrations, ensuring SLA and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships across Architecture, Security, Data & Analytics, Product and Business.
• Inspire a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability to deliver high-value API capabilities.
