Job summary

HER, part of Match Group, is seeking a Product Manager I to own product execution on a 9-month temporary basis. You’ll manage sprint cadence, backlog grooming, and shape the roadmap with input from Design, Data/Analytics, and Engineering, while owning features from ideation to delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of product management in consumer apps or subscription products, strong agile skills, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer app or subscription product.
• Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and driving execution solo.
• Ability to prioritise with limited bandwidth and back up decisions with data.
• Clear communication across Design, Engineering, Data, CRM and other teams.
• Comfort with startup pace: high ownership, fast iteration, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the sprint cadence and day-to-day product/engineering execution for HER.
• Translate roadmap priorities into clear, well-scoped tickets and specs.
• Contribute original roadmap ideas and participate in design discussions with partners.
• Collaborate with Design, Data Analytics, Engineering, and CRM to ship high-quality experiences.
• Use data to inform prioritization and measure impact of shipped work.
