Job summary

Molex seeks a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our high-performance wire and cable products in South Grafton, MA. You will define strategy, roadmap, drive development and commercialization, and serve as the link between customers, markets, and internal teams to deliver value.

You will work across engineering, operations and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing portfolio optimization while aligning with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in product management or related commercial/technical role.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, or commercial teams.
• Experience in customer or market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle management including strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio optimization.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights, market research, and industry trends to define product direction.
• Translate market needs into actionable product requirements and partner with engineering to execute development.
• Lead new product development and launches, including go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and growth of product lines.
