Job summary

Molex is seeking a highly motivated Senior Process Engineer to join our team at the Temp-Flex facility in South Grafton, Massachusetts. This role will serve as a technical leader in manufacturing process development, equipment innovation, existing and new product introduction (NPI) activities supporting next-generation RF, microwave, medical, and specialty cable products.

The successful candidate will leverage deep manufacturing and process engineering expertise to develop robust production

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
7+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
Experience in wire and cable, RF/microwave components, medical device manufacturing, or related fields.
Experience leading manufacturing process development and product launch activities.
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

Lead process development for new product designs and cable technologies.
Develop, qualify, and optimize manufacturing processes for prototypes, validation, and production launches.
Establish process windows and operating parameters using data-driven approaches.
Utilize DOE, statistical analysis, and root cause methodologies to improve process capability.
Provide technical leadership during ramp up from prototype to production.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
