Molex in Lisle, IL is hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our Datacom division. You will lead the development and management of our high-speed interconnect portfolio, focused on silicon protocols at 112G and 224G speeds.

Collaborate with global customers, partners, and internal teams to drive revenue growth, shape the roadmap, and maintain market leadership in data center and enterprise networking markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 1+ years of product management or similar role.
• 1+ years of sales experience or managing a product line.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the high-speed interconnect product strategy, including roadmap, pricing, and positioning for local customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing collateral to promote new technologies and industry partnerships.
• Define product requirements based on customer feedback and technological advancements.
• Increase pipeline growth, customer wins, and project releases.
• Drive product launches with go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
