Job summary

Molex is seeking a Process Engineer for our Temp-Flex facility in South Grafton, MA to guide process development and optimization for next‑generation cable products. You will support design and manufacturing teams across projects, from prototype through volume production, ensuring robust process settings and documentation.

You will work in the Process Engineering team within RF and Microwave Solutions, collaborating with engineers to improve workflow, equipment and control systems, including PLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in Wire/Cable, Fiber Optics, flexible circuits, medical device components, automotive wire harnesses, or aerospace/defense.
• Knowledge of control systems, PLCs and drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development for next generation cable products and technology.
• Set up and run new processes for products in development and prototype testing.
• Develop optimal process settings from design to volume production.
• Provide input to machine development teams for new equipment.
• Organize documentation to meet standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to improve workflow and machinery.
• Assist in programming PLCs and motor drives for production machines.
