Qualifications

• 7+ years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering in a production environment.
• Experience in wire and cable; RF/microwave components; fiber optics; electrical connectors; aerospace and defense manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing process development and product launch activities.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, motor drives, and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development activities for new product designs and emerging cable technologies.
• Develop, qualify, and optimize manufacturing processes for prototypes and production launches.
• Establish process windows and critical operating parameters using data-driven methods.
• Apply DOE, statistical analysis, and root cause methods to improve process capability.
• Provide technical leadership during ramp up from prototype to production.
