Molex is seeking a Product Manager for the Power and Signal Business Unit in Lisle, IL. You will drive customer experience and long‑term product growth by partnering with engineering, operations and marketing to align on a shared vision.

You will lead tooling initiatives, support field teams, and help shape go‑to‑market strategies across key industries. Travel 10–20% may be required; a strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B product management experience.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
• Track record of growing revenue and long‑term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Train and support the sales team and distribution partners to increase revenue and market share.
• Oversee and facilitate new tooling development activity for interconnect product launches.
• Support customer technical requests as needed.
• Engage marketing to create promotional tools, product collateral and sales tools.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans targeting key industries and geographies.
• Identify product line trends and develop new offerings to expand the tooling line.
• Support tooling and connector sales growth by pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Work with operations to forecast demand and support supply chain initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to establish industry partner relationships.
