Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Manager for HEDIS Data & Agentic Analytics in a hybrid role across multiple US offices, including Boise. You will own the data product domain, roadmap, and delivery, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.

You will lead AI-enabled data products, translate complex objectives into clear requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful health analytics for members and providers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' product management in healthcare.
• MBA preferred for seniority levels.
• Experience with data products and analytics in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product domains from vision to measurable outcomes.
• Build AI and data products on Snowflake Cortex stack.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
• Drive AI-powered insights and responsible AI practices.
