Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for HEDIS Data & Agentic analytics. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data-enabled health insights, partnering with engineering and analytics to ship AI-powered features.

The role emphasizes healthcare data expertise, Snowflake platforms, and strong stakeholder collaboration. The position requires 3 days in the office with hybrid flexibility and travel within the Cambia US footprint.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years of product management experience in healthcare or equivalent.
• Product Manager III: 8+ years in healthcare product management; MBA preferred.
• Senior: 10+ years in healthcare product management; MBA preferred and aligned to products managed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product domains from vision to delivery and outcomes.
• Build AI and data products powered by Snowflake Cortex and Cortex Code.
• Develop domain strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs for analytics and data quality.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
• Drive AI-powered innovations with responsible AI practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver value.
• Guide cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and contractors.
• Measure product impact and drive continuous improvements.
