Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the HEDIS Data & Agentic analytics stack. You will own the strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of data products, reporting to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products, and work with engineers, analysts, and business partners.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in office and occasional travel within the Cambia US footprint. Location options include several offices across the West and Mountain states.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Admin or related field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare.
• Experience with consumer-facing software or startup environment preferred.
• MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end product domains from vision to backlog to delivery and outcomes.
• Build production-ready AI and data products powered by Snowflake Cortex.
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for analytics and data quality.
• Translate business strategy into actionable requirements for engineering.
• Drive AI-powered innovation with responsible AI practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and balance feasibility.
• Guide cross-functional teams including developers and analysts to decisions.
