Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Manager for HEDIS Data & Agentic analytics, hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office. You will own the strategy, backlog, and delivery of data-driven products that improve member and provider outcomes.

The role requires deep data expertise and leadership to drive AI-enabled insights within a Snowflake-based stack. You will report to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare or equivalent.
Experience in consumer-facing software or start-up environments preferred; MBA is a plus.
Must have experience that aligns directly to the products being managed.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product domains—from vision to backlog to delivery and outcomes.
Build production-ready AI and data products on Snowflake Cortex stack.
Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for data enrichment and analytics.
Translate business strategy into actionable product requirements for engineering.
Drive AI-powered innovations and responsible AI practices.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
Guide cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and contractors.
Measure product impact and drive continuous improvements.
