Cambia Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager for HEDIS data and agentic analytics. You will own the strategy, backlog, and delivery for data product domains in a Snowflake-native environment, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and business partners to drive measurable outcomes.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in office across participating Cambia US locations, and some travel within the footprint. Strong data, AI, and healthcare domain experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent field.
• Experience in healthcare product management or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data and analytics product domains from vision to delivery.
• Translate business strategy into clear product requirements.
• Drive AI-powered innovation with responsible practices.
