Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the HEDIS data and agentic analytics stack. The role focuses on owning the roadmap, requirements, delivery, and results within a Snowflake-native environment.

You will report to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products and collaborate with multiple teams to turn health data into actionable insights. The role requires deep healthcare product experience, strong SQL and data platform familiarity, and a passion for AI-enabled

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field
• 8+ years' experience in product management in healthcare or equivalent
• MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end product domains from vision and backlog management through delivery and outcomes.
• Build production-ready AI and data products powering the data & analytics stack.
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for data enrichment, analytics, and QA.
• Translate business strategy into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Drive AI-powered innovation with responsible AI practices embedded.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Guide cross-functional teams including engineers and analysts to navigate complex decisions.
• Measure and optimize product impact with usage analytics and feedback.
• Create meaningful impact at scale for millions of members and providers.
