Job summary

Oula Health, a leading digital health maternity care provider, seeks a technically-minded Product Manager to own our core technology stack, including the EHR and patient portal. You will integrate with health systems and drive product launches across multiple teams.

You’ll partner with clinicians, operations, and engineering to deliver reliable EHR configurations, ensure seamless data exchange, and accelerate market launches while exploring AI-driven improvements to workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations or PM-adjacent roles.
• Experience in growth-stage digital health is preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity and action-oriented approach.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience with EHR configurations or health system integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of core tech stack including EHR, patient portal, and care management platform.
• Lead EHR integrations with health system partners and internal teams.
• Build structured launch toolkits and clinic training materials for new features.
• Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Identify where AI/automation can reduce manual admin work in workflows.
