Ladders is seeking an EHR Workflow Solutions Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap for clinical workflow products. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to turn strategy into executable plans while focusing on measuring product performance and improving provider experiences.

This remote US-based role offers a compensation range of $126,300 to $173,700 per year. You should have 5+ years in product management or healthcare technology and 2+ years with EHR platforms,

For our client, we are seeking a EHR Workflow Solutions Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for technology products that improve clinical workflows and support better provider experiences. You will define a clear multi-year vision, build the business case for investment, and partner closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to turn strategy into executable plans. The position also requires a strong focus on measuring product performance, evaluating market needs, and driving enhancements that strengthen workflow integration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually
