Job summary

Oula Health is seeking a technically minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack, including the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. You will serve as the internal and external SME on EMR configurations and health system integrations, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams.

In this role you will manage day-to-day tech health, drive EPIC and ATHENA configurations, and lead end-to-end launches with health system partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work at a growth-stage digital health or services company.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines.
• Ability to write clear bug tickets, SOPs, and launch plans for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of our core tech stack: the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform.
• Lead EHR integration efforts as SME — FHIR/HL7 data exchange and go-live timelines.
• Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as we onboard health system partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health.
