Job summary

Oula Health is seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack — including the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform — with a focus on health system integration.

You will partner with internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, write actionable bug tickets and SOPs, and lead end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations or PM-adjacent roles, preferably in digital health.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and tight timelines.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into actionable product work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of core tech stack including EHR, patient portal, and care management.
• Lead EHR integration efforts with FHIR/HL7 data exchange and vendor coordination.
• Develop launch toolkits, SOPs, and training materials for clinic teams.
• Build dashboards and quarterly reporting on platform performance.
