Job summary

Oula Health is seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack, including the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration, serving as SME on EMR integrations and internal/external coordination.

You’ll manage day-to-day health of the tech stack, partnering with internal teams and health system partners to ensure smooth operations and timely go-lives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work at growth-stage digital health or services company.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and curiosity; enjoy making systems better.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and create playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of core tech stack: EHR, patient portal, care management platform.
• Lead EHR integration efforts as SME for FHIR/HL7 data exchange and health system IT coordination.
• Build launch toolkits and training for clinics to prepare for feature rollouts.
• Develop SOPs and onboarding materials for EHR workflows and tooling.
• Drive data and dashboards to track feature adoption and rollout health.
