Job summary

Oula Health seeks a technically minded Product Manager to own our core tech stack—EHR, patient portal, and care management—sitting at the crossroads of product, operations, and health system integration in New York, Chicago or Charlotte.

You’ll configure Athena and Epic end to end, lead health system integrations, and drive data dashboards to track feature adoption and rollout health across clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product ops, technical program mgmt, or PM-adjacent roles.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and curiosity.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with a bias toward action.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and timelines (health system-facing is a plus).
• Hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience preferred.
• SQL or data-driven mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day core tech stack: EHR, patient portal, and care management.
• Configure Athena and Epic end to end: templates, order sets, labs, payer links, and access.
• Lead EHR integrations as SME — HL7/FHIR data exchange with health systems.
• Maintain configuration as new markets launch and care workflows evolve.
• Build launch toolkits and training materials for clinics.
• Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Eng, and Ops.
• Identify AI/automation to reduce manual admin in product operations.
