Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Product Manager to join the Community Support team. You will represent the voice of the user and collaborate with cross-functional design and engineering teams to build the experience for a magical differentiated service.

You will drive features that are part of every launch and ensure a consistent product voice across Airbnb products from concept to release. This role focuses on a foundational service that supports many Airbnb features and aims to deliver the best possible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media.
• Demonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for differentiated service.
• Synthesize feedback and translate it into product features.
• Develop a public facing messaging and narrative.
• Align product teams and cross functional partners.
