Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager for the Community Experience Platform. You will lead cross-functional teams across product marketing, engineering, design, and analytics to deliver scalable support experiences.

The role focuses on defining strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that improve both guest and host experiences, while aligning with company OKRs and leadership priorities. This is a remote-eligible US position requiring residency in a supported state.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product design experience (at least 5 years PM).
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to audiences.
• Ability to articulate great user experience.
• Ability to absorb technical concepts and explain to non-technical stakeholders.
• Outcome-oriented with a clear path to success through collaboration.
• Experience working with multiple partners beyond one cross-functional team.
• Radical thinking with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive landscape. Challenge the status quo. Influence design and product marketing teams and inspire a unified outcome.
• Define success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
• Define a winning product strategy and create a sound roadmap.
• Align the vision, OKR, strategy and roadmap with senior leaders and stakeholders across the company.
• Prioritize work based on inputs from many stakeholders, while being flexible to iterate/change.
• Maintain product backlog and the product roadmap.
• Partner with senior tech leads and execute the vision with cross function leaders from multiple teams.
• Present product roadmap and status to the leadership on an ongoing basis.
