Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, thin-film deposition, advanced packaging, or related markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategy, business development, key accounts, and NPI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience building multi-level customer relationships and market-driven roadmaps.
• Must have US person status.

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategy and insights for the semiconductor sector and define TAM/SAM.
• Drive new strategic opportunities in electronic materials and co‑innovate with OEMs and partners.
• Lead early-stage development programs, engage customers, build business cases, and oversee projects.
• Build multi-level relationships across customer organizations for long-term partnerships and aligned engagement.
• Translate customer specs into manufacturable products in collaboration with T&I, Product, Operations and Procurement.
