Job summary

Keycard is hiring a Product Manager to own how teams evaluate our platform and the developer experience they encounter. You will transform field walkthroughs into a self-guided evaluation path, partnering with engineering to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.

You’ll define success metrics, instrument the journey, and collaborate with DevRel, marketing, sales, and field engineers to determine when human involvement is needed. This is a remote-first, high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• You've been a PM on a developer product where evaluation and adoption were your numbers.
• Technical enough to read an SDK quickstart and follow an API design discussion.
• You have taste in developer experience and notice docs structure, errors, and defaults.

Responsibilities

• Own the evaluation journey end to end from first touch to production decision.
• Set the evaluation milestones and metrics for cross-functional reporting.
• Own the developer experience: SDKs, CLI onboarding, docs, and templates.
• Drive time-to-first-credential-exchange down and improve API/CLI design feedback.
• Turn field playbooks into self-guided paths with guides and templates.
