Job summary

Keycard is hiring a Product Manager to own how teams evaluate the platform and the developer experience during the evaluation journey. You will define success criteria, instrument the path, and collaborate with engineering to improve onboarding.

Youll turn field-work into self-guided paths, craft eval guides and templates, and partner with DevRel, marketing, and sales to determine when human assistance is needed. Join a remote-first, Americas-focused team.

Qualifications

• PM on developer product with adoption metrics.
• Can read SDK quickstarts and API discussions.
• Strong focus on developer experience and UX.
• Experience with AI tools and agent ecosystems.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the evaluation journey end-to-end from first touch to production decision.
• Set milestones and metrics that cross-functional teams report against.
• Own the developer experience through SDK quickstarts, CLI onboarding, docs, and templates.
• Drive time-to-first-credential-exchange down and advocate for developer ergonomics.
• Turn field engineering work into self-guided paths with eval guides and templates.
• Collaborate with DevRel, marketing, and sales to determine when human assistance is needed.
