Job summary
OnePay is seeking a product leader to own the growth and economics of our new credit card program. You will guide acquisition, activation, and engagement, shape rewards economics, and partner with banks, networks, and merchants to align incentives.
Collaborate with engineering and analytics to decide what to build, defend the case with data, and drive major roadmap initiatives directly with the Product Lead. Remote-friendly, US-focused, with real impact from day one.
Qualifications
- Ownership of a credit card product or a meaningful portion of one.
- Working grasp of interchange, rewards cost, interest income, and credit losses.
- Experience shipping with engineers and reading your own data.
- Results you can quantify (approval rates, activation, spend, losses).
Responsibilities
- Own growth and performance of the card across acquisition, activation, and engagement.
- Work on the rewards program and its economics.
- Build and grow product relationships with partners with data-driven input.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics to decide what to build, justify it, and monitor post-launch.
- Partner with the Product Lead to set priorities and run substantial parts of the roadmap.
