Tempus is seeking a Senior Product Manager (LensApply) in Chicago, hybrid, full-time. You will own the product roadmap for a subset of Tempus’ products, partnering with Product Managers and the Director of Product to execute quarterly and sub-quarterly goals.

You’ll work with developers, scientists, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable releases while guiding the team with deep product analytics.

Qualificações

• Experience working with agile software development teams.
• Proficient in product analytics using SQL, Tableau and Plotly.
• Experience with software development and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• 3+ years of technical product management or software development in tech/biotech.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap for a subset of Tempus’ products and drive quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with developers, scientists, and operators to deliver scalable releases.
• Conduct deep product analysis to guide short- and long-term roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder communication and manage delivery timelines.
• Test release candidates and participate in deployment approval processes.
• Lead operational change management for production changes and workflows, maintain backlog.
