DAT is seeking a senior Product professional to own the carrier conversion funnel and design auction/booking experiences that improve marketplace clearing. You will partner with data science on pricing models and optimize automation versus manual work while driving measurable conversions.

You will thrive in a data-rich, ambiguous environment and lead end-to-end initiatives, shaping the future of freight analytics at DAT in Seattle with hybrid in-office flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of product leadership for data-intensive marketplaces or platforms.
• Strong data intuition; experience with data science collaboration and causal reasoning.
• Ability to develop mental models from first principles in unfamiliar domains.
• Excellent product/UX judgment for high-stakes pricing and negotiation flows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and prioritize in noisy contexts.
