Job summary

Feedzai is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Account Opening risk management solutions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap and tangible features that advance our fraud prevention capabilities.

You will gather feedback, analyze usage data, and partner with cross‑functional teams to align the product with Feedzai’s vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager for a fraud/identity product.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver roadmap.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to set measurable goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify future roadmap scope for Fraud Prevention Solutions.
• Analyze CSAT data to identify improvements across the Fraud solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies to embed into Fraud solutions (e.g., agentic AI).
• Gather customer feedback and track progress into Account Opening roadmap releases.
• Coordinate sprint activities with engineering and stakeholders to clarify feature scope.
• Align product roadmap with strategy across Research, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Work with risk and data science teams to evolve models and rules for emerging needs.
• Engage with customers to sponsor and gather feedback on value and evolution of the solution.
