Fidelity Institutional – Managed Solutions is seeking a results‑oriented associate to help evolve the FMAX platform and drive integrated managed account solutions. You will partner across product, distribution, and technology teams to deliver scalable, digital‑first advisory tools.

The role emphasizes gathering customer insights, competitive analysis, and end‑to‑end experience validation, with responsibilities spanning requirements, release readiness, and post‑launch validation.

• Gather and synthesize customer insights through user research and analysis.
• Assess competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Inform product decisions and prioritize roadmap.
• Drive product lifecycle including requirements, UX, API, and validation.
• Support release readiness, rollout planning, and post-launch validation.
• Create and maintain product documentation and knowledge resources.
