You will analyze usage trends, prepare stakeholder materials, and help resolve client questions while growing knowledge of managed accounts and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in financial services, product support, operations, consulting, or related roles.
• BS degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data (Excel or similar tools preferred).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product management activities for the FMAX platform and related managed account solutions.
• Assist in triaging and responding to inquiries related to managed platforms via email and collaboration tools.
• Contribute to product development by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting testing activities.
• Perform data collection and basic analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client experience issues and operational questions.
• Support product lifecycle processes, including documentation, release coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Assist in preparing materials for internal stakeholders, including product updates and reporting.
• Help gather feedback from distribution partners and internal teams to inform product improvements.
