Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 3-7 years of experience in financial services, product support, operations, consulting, or related roles.
• Interest in investment products, managed accounts, and wealth management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data (Excel or similar tools preferred).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product management activities for the FMAX platform and related managed account solutions.
• Assist in triaging and responding to inquiries related to managed platforms via email and collaboration tools.
• Contribute to product development efforts by helping gather requirements, document workflows, and support testing activities.
• Perform data collection and basic analysis to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for product or process improvements.
• Partner with internal teams (technology, operations, distribution, and service) to help resolve client experience issues and operational questions.
• Support product lifecycle processes, including documentation, release coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Assist in preparing materials for internal stakeholders, including product updates, presentations, and reporting.
• Help gather feedback from distribution partners and internal teams to inform product improvements.
• Develop foundational knowledge of managed accounts, platform capabilities, and industry trends.
