Job summary

Fidelity Institutional seeks an associate to join the Managed Platforms team and drive adoption of the FMAX platform as part of its wealth advisory offerings.

You will partner with product managers, distribution, and technology teams to define scalable, integrated managed account solutions and deliver high-quality releases. Strong communication and ownership are essential for success in a dynamic, regulatory-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Gather and synthesize customer insights from user research and industry analysis to inform product decisions.
• Assess the competitive landscape to identify differentiation and innovation opportunities.
• Contribute to product roadmap development and prioritization aligned to client outcomes.
• Lead product development lifecycle: requirements, UX collaboration, API development, end-to-end validation.
• Coordinate release readiness, rollout planning, and post-launch validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver scalable, integrated managed account solutions.
• Partner with product, distribution, and technology teams as well as external clients and vendors.
• Create and maintain product documentation and training materials.
