Job summary

EquityZen, a Morgan Stanley company, is seeking an Associate, Platforms to help advance the EquityZen platform with a focus on user-centric design and data-driven product decisions.

You will collaborate with product leadership, design, and engineering to draft specs, run UAT, and support launches in a fast-paced fintech environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and wireframes.
• Strong analytical skills using quantitative data and qualitative insights.
• Ability to draft specs, collaborate with design and engineering, and support UAT and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Support complex, time-sensitive initiatives to advance the EquityZen platform.
• Collaborate with senior product leadership to execute the roadmap.
• Work with design and engineering to build accessible, user-centric products.
• Draft detailed specs, wireframes, and documentation; assist in UAT and roll-outs.
• Provide platform incident support and training for releases.
• Create API specs and integration guides for internal devs.
• Analyze user data to uncover product insights for decision making.
• Participate in agile ceremonies with Engineering for timely releases.
• Gather feedback from Sales, Operations, Compliance and others to inform product stories.
