Job summary

Splash Financial is seeking a Product Manager to own the borrower servicing experience. You will report to the Senior PM for Servicing and focus on building customer experiences that help thousands of borrowers manage, repay, and interact with their loans.

You’ll lead end-to-end discovery, write requirements, partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and use data to make fast, informed decisions. This is a remote-friendly role with a strong emphasis on in-house effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to frame problems, translate to executable requirements, and drive delivery in an agile PDLC.
• Good eye for UX and ability to partner with design to improve experiences.
• Comfort using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Clear, structured communication translating between technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features to help borrowers manage, repay, and stay on track with their loans.
• Translate partner servicing requirements into product requirements and support go-live delivery across credit union and bank partners.
• Maintain and evolve servicing platform configuration including loan settings and borrower communications.
• Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior, including self-service improvements and enrollment experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow—draft documents, synthesize research, analyze data, automate tasks.
• Develop knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursements workflows and grow ownership over time.
