Everpure in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior Product Manager for FlashArray File to define and execute the global GTM strategy, driving enterprise revenue growth and partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering.

You will translate complex storage architecture into executive-ready narratives for CIOs, analysts, and field teams, shaping market narratives and leading cross-functional initiatives in an onsite role.

THE ROLE

FlashArray File is at a pivotal inflection point, transitioning from a supplemental NAS capability into Everpure’s primary enterprise file storage platform competing directly with industry incumbents like NetApp and Dell. As Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the global business and go-to-market (GTM) strategy that turns technical innovation into market share and enterprise revenue growth. In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Engineering to build competitive playbooks and establish our market narrative.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive Business Strategy & GTM Execution: Architect and launch comprehensive GTM programs, sales plays, and competitive positioning that directly accelerate pipeline growth and boost competitive win rates against major legacy NAS players.
• Lead Competitive Intelligence & Field Enablement: Analyze win/loss patterns and deliver actionable battle cards and messaging frameworks that empower global Field Sales Engineers and Account Executives to win enterprise deals independently at scale.
• Shape Industry Analyst & Executive Narratives: Craft compelling market stories and present briefings for industry analysts, partners, and executive stakeholders, positioning FlashArray File as a challenger and leader in enterprise storage.
• Bridge Product & Outbound Strategy: Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering leadership to translate complex storage architecture into executive-ready narratives, sales campaigns, and customer-facing positioning for enterprise CIOs.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Enterprise Storage Expertise: In-depth understanding of the file and NAS storage market, including NFS/SMB protocols, enterprise workload requirements, and key competitive dynamics.
• Proven Go-to-Market Ownership: Demonstrated track record of leading product launches, competitive positioning, analyst relations, and sales enablement initiatives within enterprise IT or data infrastructure.
• Strategic Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical architecture into clear, value-driven business narratives for executives, analysts, field teams, and Fortune 500 customers.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Mastery in aligning cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering—to drive business outcomes and strategic alignment without direct authority.
• Workplace Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$149,000 — $224,000 USD
