Job summary

SENKO Advanced Components is seeking a Product Manager in Hudson, MA with hybrid work options (Hudson, MA or Poway, CA) and onsite three days per week. You will own product strategy, lifecycle, and profitability across assigned lines, coordinating with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing to drive growth.

You will translate market needs into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and shape pricing, launches, and lifecycle management to achieve long-term market leadership in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or related technical/commercial role is valued
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams valued
• Experience in fiber optics, telecommunications, data communications, connectivity, manufacturing, or tangible technical products preferred
• Experience with global teams, customers, suppliers, or cross-functional organizations strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, positioning, and commercial success of assigned product lines.
• Develop and execute product plans to maximize revenue, margin, market share, and customer adoption.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify requirements and trends.
• Gather and translate feedback into actionable product requirements and opportunities.
• Manage products through lifecycle from development to end-of-life planning.
• Lead NPD/NPI processes across R&D, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing.
• Create pricing strategies, profitability models, and sales forecasts.
• Support RFQs, customer proposals, and strategic pricing reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Applications Engineering for customer engagements and demonstrations.
• Create product documentation and sales tools communicating value and differentiation.
• Represent SENKO at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
