Job summary

T-Mobile in Frisco, TX is seeking a Product Manager for its Experience Management program. You will lead end-to-end XM initiatives, shaping XLAs and the Insight Release Train to translate employee sentiment into measurable productivity gains.

You will partner with EXE, PIE, ServiceNow, HR&WE and other stakeholders, write detailed features, manage backlogs, and deliver regular program readouts and ROI-focused decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years related work experience OR Advanced degree + 3 years related experience.
• 4-7 years relevant Product Management experience in an agile software environment.
• Experience with employee-experience, VoC/VoE, sentiment, or XLA/SLA measurement programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the XM program end to end, including XLAs and roadmap.
• Translates strategy into features and user stories for Dev and data teams.
• Collaborates with EXE, PIE, ServiceNow, ISAM, HR&WE, PMT to align roadmaps.
• Drives ROI analyses, funding requests, and quarterly program readouts.
