T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Experience Management (XM) program in Frisco, TX. You will drive end-to-end XM initiatives, align XLAs with business goals, and lead cross-functional teams to translate insights into measurable productivity gains.

You will work with EXE, PIE, ServiceNow, and HR/WE partners to evolve the employee experience and demonstrate ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• 4-7 years Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
• Experience with employee-experience, VoC/VoE, sentiment, or XLA/SLA measurement programs is strongly preferred. (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Owns the XM program end to end, including XLAs, with roadmaps and governance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to understand experiences and drive improvements.
• Generates and maintains the XLA Scorecard, dashboards, and metrics.
• Facilitates XMAB governance and quarterly business reviews to align stakeholders.
• Communicates ROI, business value, and strategic direction to senior leadership.
