Job summary

SKIMS seeks a Product Manager, Business Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of core enterprise systems powering inventory, order fulfillment, purchasing, and wholesale operations.

Sitting in the Technology organization, you will partner with Engineering to deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions and integrate across ERP and downstream systems, translating complex workflows into well-designed product features.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy for Enterprise Systems including O2C, P2P and Inventory workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver NetSuite ERP and integrations.
• Define requirements, write user stories, and manage UAT and releases across ERP ecosystem.
• Monitor system performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to scale processes across channels.
