Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking an Enterprise B2B Product Manager to join the Enterprise Platform team in Scottsdale, AZ or Los Angeles, CA. You will manage the full product lifecycle for core platform capabilities, translating customer feedback and data into roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Client Services, Field Operations and client stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions that improve operational reliability and fan

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in a Product Management role.
• Experience with Discovery: qualitative and quantitative customer feedback.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Enterprise Platform.
• Balance reliability, scalability, modernization, and growth.
• Research customers, gather feedback, analyze the product landscape.
• Drive decisions using telemetry, observability, and performance data.
• Juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Prepare product docs and support sales/marketing with product knowledge.
• Drive go-to-market launches using data-driven insights.
• Evangelize and communicate product value to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives across the lifecycle.
