Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with electronic/software/electrical/mechanical domains is essential.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Director in championing product line decisions and matters.
• Lead cross-functional development projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable user stories.
• Lead feature/budget prioritization meetings with engineering.
• Create and maintain user docs for power and software solutions.
• Lead firmware update launches and coordinate marketing posts.
• Develop training materials and conduct trainings.
• Collaborate on application notes, KB, and blog content.
• Coordinate with partner companies on joint development and marketing.
• Maintain product showroom and participate in trade shows.
• Analyze revenue and margins; plan end-of-life activities.
• Develop product roadmaps reflecting market needs.
• Stay informed on customer needs and industry trends.
• Participate in industry conferences and standard activities.
• Support pricing for custom configurations.
• Prepare reports on revenue and gross margin trends.
• Perform competitive analysis and manage information flow.
