Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 1+ years of product management experience.
• Strong quantitative capabilities to define metrics, analyze algorithm performance, run A/B experiments, and derive actionable strategic insights.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end project lifecycles, drive cross-functional alignment, handle complex matrixed environments, and solve unstructured problems.
• Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for e-commerce recommendation strategies across short-video and livestream feeds, maximizing discovery efficiency, user engagement, and conversion.
• Deeply understand buyer journeys, creator dynamics, and merchant pain points to design multi-objective recommendation logic that delivers sustainable, long-term value to the ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Operations to translate complex business needs into scalable algorithmic solutions from ideation to launch.
• Iterate and tailor recommendation strategies to local market nuances, accounting for regional consumer behaviors, inventory differences, and cultural preferences across overseas markets.
