Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.

• Familiar with algorithms such as Collaborative Filtering, Matrix Factorization, Factorization Machines, Word2vec, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting Trees, Deep Neural Networks, Wide and Deep, GBDT, LTR, Word2vec, DIN, Deep&Wide.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Build large-scale ML models to model real-time creator interests and improve conversion efficiency.
• Model recall and ranking for creators' product recommendations to improve GMV.
• Analyze merchant-creator behavior to empower monetization strategies.
• Develop targeted algorithm strategies to boost creators and merchants.
