Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker - DeWALTPower Tool Accessories division is seeking a Product Manager in Towson, MD. You will develop product and market strategies for Metal and Wood Drilling, manage the product line P&L, and lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

You will oversee the complete lifecycle from concept to delivery, coordinate marketing budgets, and work with engineering, brand marketing and customer service to ensure successful launches and sustained product

Qualifications

BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of Product Management experience.
Consumer products / research experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete product lifecycle process from concept to delivery.
Assist in market functions relating to assigned product lines and general departmental functions.
Drive and develop new products while overseeing quality issues and developing sales programs.
Develop and implement POS displays, materials and web content; perform pricing analysis.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives and coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality and engineering.
Validate CTQs, claims and testing with End Users; provide product training to stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, marketing and sales to align CTQs and competitive advantage.
