Raytheon has an immediate need for a Product Manager supporting the Sensors High Mix Circuit Card Manufacturing area in Andover, Massachusetts. This position will provide professionals with opportunities to grow their skills in operations management, technical operations, business communications, and leadership.
Coordinate execution of CCM schedules with cross-functional teams, Global Supply Chain Management, POMs, PPL, IPT, Engineering and other functional areas for depot work. Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and utilize CORE/R6Sigma best practices. Lead the effort to develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities. Lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
Specific benefits are dependent on the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
