Job summary

Relativity, a leading provider of e-discovery software, is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and success of our document conversion and enrichment technology, driving efficiency in litigation review across Processing, Imaging, PDF Production, and related workflows. You will partner with design, engineering, and sales to shape product strategy around customer needs and data-informed insights.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, cloud architecture fluency, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
Proven experience in product management for developer‑facing platform products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive short‑ and long‑term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working closely with both internal and external end users, engineering, enablement, sales teams, and other customer‑focused teams.
Work with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create a cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture needed to improve user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers in the product.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and create artifacts that articulate the benefits of document conversion and enrichment.
Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption.
